Overview
Villa Brightwater was newly renovated in 2021 and is very bright and modern furnished. On 327m², spread on 2 floors, it offers space for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms - children stay for free until the age of 2.
The large heated pool with skin-friendly salt water invites you to linger. Of course the pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.
Each room has its own TV, in the game room even a PlayStation 5 is waiting for our guests. The Samsung smart TV’s are equipped with Hulu and Netflix.
Quietly located on the edge of Cape Coral with a unique view of the mangroves. Villa Brightwater is right on the river - just beautiful. Explore the mangroves with the accompanying kayaks or take a boat out to sea.

The house has met our expectations. Location, equipment of the house, layout of the rooms perfect for 8 people. The service of the property manager was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again at any time.

Absolutely splendid property complete with anything and everything you could ever want or need. Wonderful for entertaining or simply enjoying a quiet day by the serenity pool and canal. Management and owners were outstanding. Incredibly responsive, at anytime. Love, love, love this place. Planned returns already scheduled.

Das Haus liegt an wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage. Gute Ausstattung, genügend Geschirr. Die Räume sind freundlich und hell eingerichtet.
The house is located in a beautiful, quiet location. Good equipment, enough dishes. The rooms are friendly and brightly furnished.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Brightwater und wir wären am liebsten gleich dort eingezogen. Das Haus war so perfekt! Die Lage war toll. Man hatte sehr viel Privatsphäre, da auf der anderen Seite des Kanals ja die Mangroven waren und keine Häuser, wie bei vielen anderen Kanälen. Das Haus war riesig und hatte eine schöne Aufteilung der Räume. Die Inneneinrichtung war super schön und geschmackvoll. Die Sofas total bequem! :-) Die Ausstattung war erste Klasse! In der Küche war alles zu finden was man im Alltag braucht. Die TV-Anlagen (in jedem einzelnen Zimmer vorhanden) waren super und auch in der oberen Etage hatte es eine coole Kino-Ecke mit riesigem Fernseher und PS5, was wir alle 4 richtig toll fanden :-)! Das Haus lädt richtig zum verweilen und wohlfühlen ein. Wir hatten absolut keinen Drang, viele Ausflüge zu machen, sondern konnten einfach richtig Ferien machen und entspannen! Wir können die Villa Brightwater also jedem nur herzlichst empfehlen!!!!! Auch mit Intervillas hat dieses Mal wieder alles super gut geklappt und die Antworten auf unsere Fragen kamen innerhalb kürzester Zeit! Ein super Service!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the kayaks and the ability to explore right outside our place. We were able to spend the days hanging out at the pool and found many good dinner spots within a short drive. Would definitely recommend if staying in the Cape Coral area.
