VILLA SEASIDE RENDEZVOUS - A boater’s paradise! In only 5 minutes you reach the river. Even sailing boats are welcome as there are no bridges in your way! This newly updated home features over 171 square meters of dual zone air conditioned living space with vaulted ceilings and is fully tiled.
The perfect place for up to 6 people! 3 cozy bedrooms with king size, queen size and 2 single beds invite you to dream. A practical sofa bed is available for additional overnight guests. The lanai, the living room and each bedroom have their own TV’s, which are equipped with smart TV and Netflix. Have a fun TV evening in the living room while relaxing on the comfortable upholstered couches. Villa Seaside Rendezvous also offers an additional living room which can also be reached from the pool area.
The west-facing terrace invites you to enjoy the beautiful purple-orange Southwest Florida sunsets from the comfortable lounge under the oversized covered lanai. The pool can be brought to a pleasant temperature thanks to electric heating. The pool area is surrounded by a screen that protects you from insects and reduces UV radiation.
Enjoy a cold drink at your own bar directly at the canal. Watch the boats pass by and with a little luck a manatee will swim past you. There are also two kayaks (12 ft) for you to paddle in the canal. (Use at your own risk.)
The house also offers you a small office corner with a PC, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Neighbors were super friendly, neighborhood was quiet, easy access to gulf and boat launch. Property management was fantastic about early arrival, super responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Es war wieder Top. Wir waren schon sehr häufig in Häusern von Intervillas, und wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Die Villa Seaside-Rendezvous ist ein eher einfaches Haus mit Pool, allerdings sehr gut gelegen. Walmart ist gleich in der Nähe, und auch der River ist in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Daher eine sehr gute Lage. Wir waren diesmal "leider" nur eine Woche hier, daher hat uns das eher einfache Haus voll und ganz genügt. Wir buchen wieder über Intervillas, Top Adresse!
It was again top. We have been very often in houses of Intervillas and we always like to come back! Villa Seaside Rendezvous is a rather simple house with pool, but very well located. Walmart is right nearby, and the River is also a good 5 minutes away. Therefore a very good location. We were "unfortunately" only one week here this time, so the rather simple house was fully sufficient for us. We book again through Intervillas, top address!

Perfect location for us. We used the dock for our rental boat, swam in the pool, enjoyed the sunsets and generally had a great time. I would highly recommend this house!

DE: Es waren sehr erholsame Tage in der Villa Seaside Rendezvous. Das Haus war hübsch eingerichtet und alles war vorhanden was man sich wünschen konnte. Sogar Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm inkl. Pooltoys. Nachdem die Poolheizung geflickt wurde war auch das Wasser herrlich warm. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren wunderschön anzusehen. Die Betreuung durch Marybeth war sehr liebenswert. Sie hat uns tolle Tips gegeben und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt vielen Dank.
EN: It was very relaxing days in the villa Seaside Rendezvous. The house was nicely furnished and everything was available what you could wish for. Even beach chairs and umbrella incl. pool toys. After the pool heater was patched up the water was also wonderfully warm. The sunsets were beautiful to watch. The care by Marybeth was very lovely. She gave us great tips and was always available for questions. We felt comfortable all around thank you very much.

This was exactly what we needed! Beautiful home, everything we needed while we were there after stopping to get groceries and toiletries, which they had on hand, they even had a cooler, beach chairs and toys for the pool. The only issue was the pool heater was not working the week we were there but other than that, we couldn't have asked for more. The house was clean, updated, had more amenities than we could or did use and communication was awesome. There are a few items we've purchased since we got back because of what they had available in the home. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly, the neighbors have a couple of young children and everything was close by. We were comfortable in the home right off the bat. I highly recommend staying here and we will be again when we go back to Cape Coral or the vicinity. I cannot recommend this home enough, thank you very much for the much needed reset!
