Villa Solaris at the Lake | Holiday Home Cape Coral - Florida

Absolutely perfect! Glad we have booked again! Can’t wait to get back there! Reto is great to work with and our property manager Sonja is fantastic!

Dieses tolle Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, noch besser, es war alles hervoragend. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an zu Hause, obwohl unser Haus nicht ganz so gross war. Die Küche, ein Traum auch der abgetrennte Mastersuite-Raum mit begehbarem Schrank für die Frau, die tolle Dusche und die freihstehende Badewanne. Der Pool mit dem neuen Cage und der Aussenbereich war Super. Dieses Haus, immer wieder gerne. Ich danke L.W. für den Tip mit Intervillas. Es hat sich mehr als 100% gelohnt sich eine Woche Zeit zu nehmen. Das Highligt war natürlich für uns auch der Billardtisch, an dem wir jeden Tag ein paar Runden gespielt haben. Der fehlt uns jetzt... ;-)

This great house looks just like the photos, even better, everything was excellent. We felt at home from the start, even though our house was not quite as big. The kitchen, a dream also the separate master suite room with walk in closet for the wife, the great shower and the free standing bathtub. The pool with the new cage and the outdoor area was super. This house, keep coming back. I thank L.W. for the tip with Intervillas. It was more than 100% worth it to take a week. The Highligt was of course for us the pool table, where we played every day a few rounds. We miss it now... ;-)

Seit rund 20 Jahren reisen wir nach Cape Coral. Das Haus gehört zu den schönsten, die wir bisher bewohnen durften. Sowohl Einrichtung, Lage wie auch Ausrüstung der Küche haben uns voll überzeugt. Von unserem Aufenthalt waren wir jedenfalls begeistert. Falls verfügbar, würden wir auch im November 2023 gerne ein vergleichbares Objekt mieten.

Die Villa war eines der schönes und gepflegtesten Häuser, das wir je bei Intervilla gebucht haben. Das Haus ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles ist in tadellosem Zustand. Ein grosses Kompliment an die Besitzer. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns ab der ersten Minute im Haus wohl gefühlt.

The villa was one of the most beautiful and well maintained houses we have ever booked with Intervilla. The house is furnished with so much attention to detail and everything is in impeccable condition. A big compliment to the owners. We were able to relax well and felt comfortable from the first minute in the house.

Es gab keinen Grund zur Beanstandung! Sehr guter Service, exzellente Betreuung. Alles ok, sauber und wohl durchdacht. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, ist modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Home and sunsets were as shown in the pictures. Absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would love to return in the future. The only recommendation I have, would be to have the binder full of information regarding the house and surrounding area in English in addition to German. This did not deter from our stay but from what we saw, it looked like it had a lot of good information.

I loved the house. I enjoyed the house, the pool, the pool table everything. The master bathroom was amazing. The location of the house was perfect. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable vacation, I hope to rent the house again next year.

Everything was exceptional!! The house was exactly as it was shown on the website, very clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Fishing on the dock was great, caught a bunch of catfish and a red snapper. It was a relaxing week and if we needed anything the property manager was easy to get a hold of. Will definitely use Intervillas for another vacation.

We stayed at Villa Solaris at the Lake for 3 months and it was absolutely heavenly! The home is very well appointed and we had everything we needed in terms of linens, towels, beach towels, pans, dishes, etc. All of the appliances worked great and were very quiet. There are manatees all over in the canal and it was very fun to watch them. There are also jumping fish and little geckos all over. We loved the access and location of the canal - and our tiki hut! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. When we arrived at the home, it was very clean, light music was playing and we felt so welcomed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing - ask the property manager if you need help with heating either one. We were able to get the pool warm enough for us in December and January. The pool noodles, bikes, kayaks, extra chairs, etc. were all great additions. 5 stars from us all the way - we would love to stay here again! We never wanted to leave! Thank you, the Meyers

Just returned from a vacation at this wonderful home! Decorated beautifully with plenty of room! Pool outstanding & the view of the lake out back is awesome! My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock % we even saw Manatees swimming nearby! We will definitely be returning to this outstanding home. Great vacation!

Ein sehr schönes Haus und super Lage. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, absolut sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war problemlos.
