Villa Malibu | Holiday Home Cape Coral - Florida

Intervillas ist ein tolles Team, sehr flexibel und lösungsorientiert. Wir, eine 3 köpfige Familie, waren im Juli 24 in der Villa für 16 Tage und es war wirklich SUPER. Das Haus ist in einem tollen Zustand und es ist alles sauber und gepflegt (wir sind zum 12 x in FL und können einige Horrostorys erzählen ), in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war alles wirklich sehr ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist im ganzen Haus wie neu. Die Poolanlage und der Außenbereich sind in bester Ordnung gewesen, unser Sohn ist fast durchgängig im Pool gewesen. Durch die Lage am Kanal ( Süßwasser ) hat man auch einen schönen Ausblick, ganz besonders die Sonnenaufgänge mit einem Kaffee in der Hand sind unvergesslich. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und vor allem ruhig. Die Garage war aufgeräumt und die TV Anlage hat ( zum EM Finale ) auch bestens funktioniert. Wir haben leider nur das Große Schlafzimmer nutzen können was schade war, denn das Haus bietet Platz für locker 6 erwachsene. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern in das Haus zurückkehren in 2025. Danke an Petra, die sich wirklich besonders um uns gekümmert hat und immer erreichbar war. Alles in allem, tolle und unkomplizierte Buchung, der Empfang am Haus war super, die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation waren auch sehr unkompliziert und top! Danke für den Schönen urlaub an das Team von Intervillas.

Intervillas is a great team, very flexible and solution-oriented. We, a family of 3, stayed in the villa for 16 days in July 24 and it was really SUPER. The house is in great condition and everything is clean and well maintained (we have been in FL 12 times and can tell some horror stories), there was nothing missing in the kitchen, everything was really very tidy. The furnishings are like new throughout the house. The pool area and the outdoor area were in perfect order, our son was in the pool almost all the time. Due to the location on the canal (fresh water) you also have a beautiful view, especially the sunrises with a coffee in your hand are unforgettable. The neighbors are very friendly and above all quiet. The garage was tidy and the TV system also worked perfectly (for the European Championship final). Unfortunately we could only use the master bedroom which was a shame as the house could easily accommodate 6 adults. We felt very comfortable and would like to return to the house in 2025. Thanks to Petra, who really took special care of us and was always available. All in all, great and uncomplicated booking, the reception at the house was great, the on-site support and communication were also very uncomplicated and top! Thanks for the wonderful vacation to the Intervillas team.

Eine liebevoll gestaltete Villa mit grandiosem Pool und Spa, in der wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Auszeit, die wir nicht vergessen werden.

A lovingly designed villa with a fantastic pool and spa, where we immediately felt at home. All in all, a wonderful break that we won't forget.

The house was very clean and decorated so well! It had many nice touches.

The pictures and descriptions do not do this house justice! What really impressed me was how clean, bright and cheery this house is! We loved the pool and hot tub and found plenty to do in the area.

Villa Malibu - Liebe Familie A. der Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten Villa war traumhaft schön. Nach 3 Minuten haben wir uns schockverliebt. Wir wurden mit Smooth Jazz als Hintergrundmusik begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort so, als wären wir zu Hause angekommen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde mit liebe zum Detail super schön gestaltet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war unsere erste Reise in die Staaten und diese Villa war unser absolutes Highlight. Leider mussten wir die Villa mit Tränen in den Augen nach einer Woche verlassen aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir würden gerne 7 Sterne vergeben aber das ist leider nicht möglich :-) Ein riesen Lob auch an Petra, die uns hervorragend während unseres Aufenthaltes betreut hat, immer wieder gerne Mit ganz lieben Grüßen und hoffentlich bis bald Joe und Björn

Great place to stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable, felt at home. Pool and hot tub was very nice. Host and property manager were proactive, responsive and informative.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Auch die Petra die Verwalterin war super nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

House was exactly as pictured! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The living room could use more light (dim for reading) and more seating. But, most our visit was spent outside! My husband really enjoyed the cabal dock—fishing and feeding ducks, turtles, etc! Petra, house manager, was very friendly! Check-in and out went very smoothly!!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, auch die Haus-Betreuung von Frau Ludy war sehr angenehm und sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder!

DE: Die Villa Malibu ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben selten so gut geschlafen, heißt das Bett ist perfekt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Buchung über Intervillas ist Top-professionell und sehr easy. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Familie Ludy ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Malibu vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die ganze Villa ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Gerade in der Küche wurde an alles gedacht und man findet jedes Küchengerät, das man sich wünschen kann :-). Der Aussenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit, Loungemöbeln, Bar und Liegestühlen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Malibu sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

We felt very comfortable in Villa Malibu from the very first moment. The whole villa is very stylishly furnished, nothing is missing. Especially in the kitchen, everything has been thought of and you will find every appliance you could wish for :-). The outdoor area with seating, lounge furniture, bar and sun loungers leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoyed our time at Villa Malibu very much and will gladly come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home so much we booked it again. Well equipped, convenient location, on a generally quiet street.

My husband and I escaped the cold and stayed at the property during March 2022. The unit looks just like the photos, nicely updated and clean. We had a couple very minor issues and Petra and her husband responded immediately. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing by the quiet canal. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property is extremely clean and all amenities were provided!! We especially enjoyed the pool and deck area. That's where we spent most of our time. The kitchen provided everything we needed. If we decide to visit Cape Coral again, I would definitely be interested in renting this property!!!
