Villa June was built in 1998 and renovated and refurbished in 2023. The house is located in the Rose Garden in the Southwest of Cape Coral, on a dry lot with a view on a private pond. The entire living area is tiled and equipped with air conditioning.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

On an area of ​​1700 sq. ft. there are:

• Master Bedroom with its own Bathroom / Toilet and walk-in closet as well as direct access to the outside area - Kingsize Bed
• Two guest rooms - 1 Queensize bed and 2 Twinsize beds
• separate Bathroom / Toilet
• open kitchen with table bar and bar stools as well as a breakfast nook, ideal for four people
• generous dining area for up to six people
• Living room
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Through the open living, kitchen and dining area you can enjoy the view of the pool area and the pond behind the villa.

In the north-facing and covered lanai is another dining area for up to six people. The outdoor area has a heated pool, hot tub, sun loungers and a Weber gas grill.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, is not permitted on the property. This includes entrance, garage and porch.

No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT

Villa June was flooded by hurricane Ian in September 2022. The house has been completely renovated in the meantime. The kitchen and bathrooms are new as well as all the furniture.

The pool has been drained and cleaned. On one side, the tiles are missing at the top of the pool edge, but the pool can be used without restrictions.

Outside area:

Security cameras at the front of the house and on the side by the pool equipment. No camera in the pool area.

The credit card information will be collected and authorized by Intervilla after the booking in order to bill the energy consumption after check-out according to the local rates.
