Our cozy 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom Villa Seas the Day is located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral! The lanai and pool area has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets from the terrace or the lounge with panoramic canal view.
Direct sailboat access to the river by boat without having to pass a lock or a bridge! Being so close to open water means you’ll have the opportunity to experience true Florida wildlife such as dolphins and manatees right by the dock. Enjoy some of the world’s most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. 2 Kayaks and 2 bicycles will also be available for your stay at our house!
The Villa Seas the Day offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and a very spacious living area. The large wall of sliding doors makes it possible to enjoy the amazing view even from the inside. The Living room has plenty of space for the entire family with comfortable recliners and a large Smart TV.
The Master bedroom is en-suite and has a King size bed, a TV and a large walk in closet. You can access the lanai and pool area. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a freestanding bathtub. The toilet is separate.
The second bedroom is also en-suite with a King size bed, a TV, a normal size closet and a separate full private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool area.
The third bedroom has a Queen size beds and a normal size closet. The third full bathroom also has a walk-in shower.
You will find everything you need in the fully equipped and modern kitchen. Even a Nespresso coffee machine is available - don’t forget to bring your favorite capsules from home! Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
PLEASE NOTE that the pricing for this home includes 2 guests. Additional guests will incur a per night fee. To confirm in advance, please submit an inquiry for this listing to discuss directly with agency / property management company.
The credit card information will be collected and authorized by Intervilla after the booking in order to bill the energy consumption after check-out according to the local rates.

If you are looking in the southern Cape Coral area there is no better place. The stay was amazing, they had everything you need and the amenities are wonderful. We will say that the beds were a little on the stiff side but still able to sleep wonderfully. Wonderful stay and we will be back!
Wenn Sie im südlichen Gebiet von Cape Coral eine Unterkunft suchen, dann gibt es keinen bessere Liegenschaft! Der Aufenthalt war erstaunlich, es wurde alles zur Verfügung gestellt was Sie brauchten und die Annehmlichkeiten waren wunderbar. Die Betten waren ein wenig auf der harten Seite, aber man konnte trotzdem wunderbar schlafen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

We really loved the house and the location was wonderful! House had everything we needed and more. It is so close to restaurants and down town which was great!!!! Communication was good everyone was responsive. Check in was different than what we have ever done in the past someone actually meet us at the house to check us in. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for rest and relaxation! Just sitting on the dock watching the boats go by really was the icing on the cake we were out there all the time!
Wir haben das Haus wirklich geliebt und die Lage war wunderbar! Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten und mehr. Es ist so nah an Restaurants und der Stadt, die großartig war!!!! Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, jeder war aufmerksam. Der Check-in war anders als das, was wir jemals in der Vergangenheit getan haben, der Property Manager kam persönlich vorbei und hat uns in Empfang genommen. Ich würde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht! Auf dem Dock zu sitzen und den Booten zuzusehen, war wirklich das Sahnehäubchen auf dem Kuchen, wir waren die ganze Zeit dort draußen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Seas the Day. Everything was perfect for our stay providing us a much needed reprieve from all the snow and cold this winter. The house is beautiful and very well-equipped - with even more amenities than the photos/listing show. I would definitely stay here again!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Seas the Day sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt und bot uns eine dringend benötigte Erholung von all dem Schnee und der Kälte in diesem Winter. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet - mit noch mehr Annehmlichkeiten als die Fotos/Liste zeigen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub machen!
