As you enjoy your morning meal, you’ll be treated to a stunning view of the sunrise, the pool, and a small, sparkling lake just within view. Occasionally, you’ll spot golfers teeing off to your left, hoping to make it across the water.

The home also features a generously sized master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom complete with a round jacuzzi. The master bedroom offers a breathtaking sunrise view and direct access to the pool area. The second master bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, also has its own full bathroom, pool access, and a beautiful sunrise view. The third and fourth bedrooms, both offering queen-sized beds, share a charming bathroom. The kitchen is conveniently located near all the bedrooms.

You can enjoy your favorite movies from any of the bedrooms, the living room, or even the lanai. For lunch, a table with seating for eight is available by the pool. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and an office with a large desk that can be closed off for privacy, perfect for business meetings or Zoom calls.
