Welcome to Villa Aguabella!
As soon as you enter this villa you will be amazed by the spectacular open space area with its 4 meters high ceilings and designer furnishing. With a well sought-after southwest exposure, this house is embedded in a wonderful garden (you might even be able to see some blooming orchids under the palm trees) on an oversized triple lot of 1370 square meters (14 810 square feet) and is located near all the services (1 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurants and 5 minutes from Cape Harbour).
The floor plan, with over 372 sqm (4000 square feet) of usable space of which 255 sqm (2750 square feet) is air-conditioned living space, will make you enjoy the perfect Florida lifestyle. Approximately 16 ft (5m) of sliding doors with a height of 10 ft (3m) connect the living area with the outdoor space and give you a wonderful view of the canal.
The property offers a large master suite (with king-size bed) that has direct access to the pool area, as well as a view of the canal. The spacious master bathroom, with separate walk-in shower and bath, has two granite vanity units that can individually accommodate him and her.
You will also find 2 more bedrooms with queen-size beds and their own bathrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool.
On the large, and particularly high ceiling lanai, you’ll find a comfortable dining and lounge area from which you will have access to the heated pool and spa.
Watch the wonderful sunsets from the pool or dock area while enjoying your cocktail! Create your individual light atmosphere at night or adjust the perfect water temperature by choosing between the many different controls of the pool/spa, simply by using the iPad’s remote control.
The large, well equipped, and modern kitchen has a breakfast nook with a large panoramic window that gives you an amazing view of the canal and the lanai and pool area.
Don’t forget to bring your favorite Nespresso Vertuo capsules for the perfect coffee! You also have access to a Keurig coffee machine if you prefer.
Other characteristics of the house include: 3 HD smart TV’s (one in each bedroom) plus a 70 inches 4K smart TV in the living room, Highspeed-Internet, free WIFI and local phone calls, washing machine and tumbler, an office and garage for 3 cars.

This property is not suitable for children under 16 years old and is only rented to adults.
NON-Smoking Villa – There is a strict non-smoking policy in Villa Aguabella.
No parties are allowed in this Villa.
IMPORTANT: The Villa is equipped with surveillance cameras in the outside area that cannot be turned off under any circumstances due to security consideration. No private areas are monitored.
Aguabella Villa is rented per person per day. Only registered guests that appear on the Intervilla’s registration form prior to arrival are allowed to stay and use the Villa’s facilities. The owners reserve the right to terminate the contract without compensation if unauthorized persons occupy the property.
You will be taking care of, on the site, by our competent property manager.

Wir haben herrliche 2 Wochen in dieser wundervoll ausgestatteten Villa verbracht. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der tatsächlichen Ausstattung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die große Terrasse mit einem großzügigen warmen Pool und die bequemen Outdoor-Möbel. Der Ausblick auf den Kanal war jeden Tag sehenswert und die fliegenden Fische waren immer ein Highlight. Die sehr nette Betreuung durch die deutsche Hausverwaltung (Florian) war absolut perfekt. Zusammengefasst ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Bedanken möchten wir uns bei Intervillas für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, da wir aufgrund der Pandemie mehrfach unseren Urlaub verschieben und umplanen mussten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
We spent wonderful 2 weeks in this wonderfully equipped villa. The pictures absolutely correspond to the actual equipment. We would especially like to highlight the large terrace with a generous warm pool and the comfortable outdoor furniture. The view of the canal was worth seeing every day and the flying fish were always a highlight. The very nice support by the German property management (Florian) was absolutely perfect. In summary, an all-around successful vacation! We would like to thank Intervillas for the uncomplicated handling, as we had to postpone and reschedule our vacation several times due to the pandemic. We will be happy to come back.

It was a perfect stay - from the very first beginning = booking procedure to be followed by arrival infos done by Petra Ludy and finally proper invoice. Villa and so all rooms lovely and up to stage, great pool and SPA pool to be heated if necessary and inside pool light show as well. Highly recommening to all interesting viewers.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles sauber und sehr schön, durchdacht eingerichtet. Sogar Fahrräder durften benutzt werden. Lage optimal zu Publix und Hafen und andere Orte. Pool und Whirlpool sauber, regelmässig gewartet , schön :-) Hausübergabe mit Petra war gut organisiert, Abrechnung in drei Tagen erledigt. Nächstes Haus ist auch wieder von Intervillas. Haus kann ich bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

A wonderful home! Dear Marc & Brigitte, you have an amazing home! We stayed for 3 weeks but it felt like 1. We throughly enjoyed our vacation. The light ambience are lovely, very well out together. We enjoyed many hours outdoors by the pool, on the grill and down by the docks. We got to see many birds, a couple of manatees and ducks, intimate the view. Thanks to Sigrid for everyhing we had a wonderful time. We loved every moment of our Stay.

House was excellent as was the location. Some minor quirks with outside lighting which remained on all night that hindered sleeping. Thermostat was locked, but unlocked by property manager, which made it possible to control temperature. Charging a per night per guest fee seemed odd when renting a house for 5 weeks resulting in more added expense. I understand that the market for this home is European and they charge this way but for a USA renter, renting a home in the US, I a found this foreign to say the least. That said, the house fully met my expectations.

Kennen Sie das, wenn die Fotos im Angebot nicht der Realität entsprechen? Genau so ist es mit der Villa Aguabella: Die Fotos werden der Realität bei weitem nicht gerecht. Und zwar im positiven Sinn! Wie die Villa wirklich wirkt, kann mit Fotos gar nicht dargestellt werden. Sie ist grosszügig, sehr sogar. Und weitläufig. Und hell. Und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch die Aussenanlage mit Pool und Bootsdeck war grandios. Wir haben wunderbare Ferien in der Villa verbracht und können sie nur weiter empfehlen.
